The work performed by this position is both indoors and outdoors and is subject to inclement weather conditions. Safety gear may be required for some duties. The incumbent will perform duties that require moderately heavy physical effort requiring the use of common hand tools and power equipment along with regular and recurring operation of light duty motor vehicles weighing up to 10,000 pounds. Operates large, complex riding lawn mowers and similar types of specialized mowing equipment. Trim grass and ivy with power edger and cut limbs and trees using axes or chain saws. Police buildings and grounds areas by picking up trash and debris. Provide janitorial service to several buildings such as the following:
sweeps, scrubs, mops, waxes, and polishes floors; dusts furniture and machinery; empties waste baskets and removes trash; cleans windows, walls, venetian blinds, and light fixtures of shops, offices, hallways, rooms, exits and entrances to buildings. Career-Seasonal Appointment:
This position is career-seasonal in nature and does not provide employment on a year-round basis. You may work a minimum of 26 weeks (13 pay periods) but generally not more than 50 weeks (25 pay periods) a year. Actual work schedule and period of non-pay is contingent upon operational needs and/or weather conditions. Incumbent will work full-time for 13 pay periods (6 months) in a service year and will be placed in non-pay status for one pay period during the off season January 19, 2020 to February 1, 2020. The specific dates of non-pay status will be determined once the employee begins work. Applicant Limit:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
